Your account

You need an account to use Richicat. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your teammates do in workspaces you share with them. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Your content

You own what you bring to Richicat (catalogs, images, logos, designs) and the ads you make with it. You give us permission to store, process and show that content only as needed to run Richicat for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and to the ads you publish. You are responsible for your ads and product feeds, including following the rules of the platforms where you publish them, such as Meta's advertising policies.

AI features

Some features use AI to edit or create images. AI results can be wrong or unexpected, so check them before you publish. You are responsible for how you use them.

Acceptable use

Don't use Richicat to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
• make misleading, fraudulent, hateful or harmful content;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security or limits of the service;
• resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for. Credit top-ups expire 365 days after your most recent top-up purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and may change; we will tell you before a price change affects your plan. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us.

If a workspace has no active paid plan, some features stop working, such as published product feeds. Your data is kept.

Ending your account

You can stop using Richicat and delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and how to ask us to delete everything.

The service

We keep improving Richicat, so features may change. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but Richicat is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Richicat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using Richicat after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
